Magic Meadows offers a fine selection of Appaloosa Horses, Quarter Horses, and Paint Horses in Orange Grove,Texas.

We offer Appaloosa Stud Services as well as a trusted Outside Sales Barn.  If we don't have what you are looking for, we may know someone who does.  Just let us know what you are looking for including price, training, age, sex, and breed.  Then give us a little bit of time to try and find it from a trusted source.  We use breeders, private sellers, and some rescue organizations, but we do caution against certain rescue organizations that take advantage of unsuspecting newcomers to the horse world.  If you have questions about Texas-based rescue organizations or their horses, please feel free to ask about appropriate pricing and or possible complications with particular horses.  For the most part, rescue organizations are wonderful places to get a horse if you have experience selecting horses. 

My Grandmother Joan Pool built this horse farm over 50 years ago.  She wanted to produce strong and healthy horses with great color and offer them at affordable prices.  She believed that there was a horse out there for everyone who really wanted one.  Since moving the farm to Texas, the only change we plan on making is the breed expansion and Outside Sale Barn.

We are moving to Orange Grove, Texas!  Home For Sale in Dripping Springs, Texas.

We are now selling our beautiful home on 2 wooded acres.  We hate to leave such a fantastic home and school district, but the horses need their room to roam.  The house has 4 bedrooms and three full baths plus a bonus office that can be used as a bedroom.  It is nestled 8 miles between both Dripping Springs and Bee Caves in the prestigious Lake Travis School District.  It has upgrades throughout the house, including a gourmet kitchen with granite counters.  It has huge front and back porches to watch your kids and animals.  Master bathroom has separate shower and a large jetted garden tub and all bathrooms have Italian tile throughout.  There are just so many fantastic things about the place.  Call or email if you want more information.

This is Morgan.  She is Joan Pool’s Great Granddaughter.  We are starting our fourth generation of tradition with this little one.  We hope to watch Morgan and Magic Meadows grow and develop together.

 

Magic Meadows owner Joan Pool passed away August 1, 2006 after a long battle with cancer.  Due to her passing, the entire New York herd has been sold off.  To view the herd before she died CLICK HERE.
