This is the location of most of Joan Pool's New York herd.  Most of the broodmares and their offspring are located here.  Most are bred for the 2007 seasons so if you are interested on a foal from Lanes Mighty Prince this is the place to get it.

Diamond D Acres has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. I
have loved horses all of my life. Now after raising my kids to college age
and having a wonderful carreer that I enjoy.  I have decided to raise
Appaloosa horses. The Appaloosa horse has always been my favorite horse
breed mainly it was their brains that I admired. They just seemed smarter
than most horses and sometimes maybe even a bit more mischievous. They also
have a great heart and an undeniable dedication to their owner. Add these
traits to their atheletism and flashy good looks and you have a complete
wonder breed of  horse called the Appaloosa.
My husband and I live on our 54 acre dream farm, we enjoy  sharing our home
with our many horses. We have horses that are here to retire, some that we
enjoy riding ourselves and some that we are nurturing and training until
they find a new home with someone to love and work with them.
